Mo,V 合金化高碳高铬的通用冷作模具钢；钢材纯净度高、机械加工性良好，淬透性较 BSMD2 更佳，
热处理变形小，较之 Cr12 类冷作钢，具有更优良的耐磨性，抗压强度和韧性。
High-carbon, high-chromium tool steel alloyed with molybdenum and vanadium which is commonly used in cold working field;
High purity and good machinability;
High surface hardness after hardening;
Better through-hardening properties than BSMD2;
Good stability in hardening;
The wear resistance,
compressive strength and toughness is better than Cr12.
主要用途
高耐磨、受中等冲击负荷的冷冲模如冲孔凹模、耐磨镶块、拉丝模、
螺纹搓丝板、冷挤模、冷切剪刀、圆锯、塑胶切刀、木工机械、标准量具。
Applications
Suitable for cold work tools requiring very high wear resistance,
combined with moderate toughness (shock-resistance) such as complex-shaped piercing dies,
panel boards in the complex die molds,
deep-drawing dies for steel plates,
wire-drawing dies, threading screw plates, cold-extruding dies,
cold cutting shears, circular shears,
shredding knives for wasteplastics,
wood milling cutters, standard measuring tools, etc.
